What Texas licenses

Two jobs, two licenses

Under Texas Occupations Code chapter 1958, anyone paid to test for mold or remove it needs the matching state license, and one license holder can't do both on the same project (§1958.155). Jobs under 25 contiguous square feet, and owners working on their own home, are exempt.
