Licensed for both testing and removal. By law it can't do both on the same project (Texas Occupations Code §1958.155). Hire it for one job, and a different, unrelated company for the other.
What this license lets them do
ACO1120 Mold testing (assessment)
A Texas mold assessment company license lets Mundae Cleaning & Restoration offer mold testing. Under it, the company's individually licensed mold assessment consultants and technicians can inspect a home or building, take air and surface samples, and write the mold remediation protocol: the plan that says what has to be removed and how. After the removal, a licensed assessment consultant does the clearance check (post-remediation assessment).
This license does not cover removing mold. The company also holds a removal license, but it can't use both on the same project.
RCO1265 Mold removal (remediation)
A Texas mold remediation company license lets Mundae Cleaning & Restoration remove mold: set up containment, remove, clean and treat mold-contaminated materials, following the protocol written by a separate licensed assessor. For jobs of 25 contiguous square feet or more, the remediator must notify TDLR at least five days before starting (sooner in water-damage emergencies). Once the work passes the clearance check, you should receive a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation within ten days.
This license does not cover testing for mold or writing the protocol. The company also holds a testing license, but it can't use both on the same project.

What we don't know
We list what the state license and Google show. We haven't verified this company's insurance, the services it offers, how long it has been in business, or the quality of its work. Before you hire, ask for proof of insurance, a written scope, and the assessor's protocol it will follow.
